Welcome to The Watered Edge ("TWE," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or placing an order with The Watered Edge, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or place an order.

2. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Most products sold by TWE are custom-manufactured to your specifications using waterjet cutting and powder coating. This includes but is not limited to decorative panels, privacy screens, gates, signage, and memorial panels. Because these products are made to order:

  • Design, dimensions, colour, and finish are confirmed by you prior to production.
  • Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
  • It is your responsibility to review all order details — including design proofs, colour selections, and measurements — carefully before confirming your purchase.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian or U.S. dollars as displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Order Accuracy
TWE relies on the information and selections you provide at the time of order, including colour, size, and design specifications. TWE is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer. We encourage you to contact us at support@thewaterededge.com before placing your order if you have any questions about colour matching, sizing, or design options.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timeframes provided at checkout or in order confirmations are estimates only and are not guaranteed. TWE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details.

6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy, available on our website. Please review this policy prior to placing your order, particularly for custom and made-to-order items.

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, logos, and content on this website are the property of The Watered Edge and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Watered Edge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, installation, or misuse of our products after delivery. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
