IMPORTANT NOTICE for all International Orders from US regarding Potential Import Fees and Documentation

For orders $800.00-$2499.00 USD

Orders may be subject to Customs Border Protection (CBP) import and duty fees. The Watered Edge does not bill for nor collect these fees.

For US Customers: US Customs and Border (CBP) has their own import fees which are totally independent from our shop, our business or shipping carriers. As we do not process these fees, we are not able to determine exactly how the fees are calculated or bill clients for them.
We have chosen to ship with FedEx as they are the most "client friendly" shipping company. FedEx acts as a broker and covers any US CBP import fees on your behalf in advance of delivery. This expedites the process and keeps from customs delays. FedEx will then bill out any amounts owing to you after delivery.

How much do the screens weigh?

Our screens are manufactured using ⅛” thick aluminum which does not rust and weighs approximately 1 pound per square foot depending on screen design

  • 24x36= approx 6/7 lbs
  • 24x48= approx 8/9 lbs
  • 24x60= approx 10/11 lbs
  • 36x48= approx 12/13 lbs
  • 36x36= approx 9/10 lbs
  • 36x60= approx 15/16 lbs
  • 48x48= approx 12/13 lbs

Do the screens come with holes for hanging?

Yes, All of our panels have small holes around the perimeter to assist with mounting & hanging options.

The holes are 3/16" in size and are located 3/4" in from the outside edge

What is the the size of the border around the screen?

There is approximately a 2” border around the design portion of the screen. This 2" is from the outside edge of the screen to the design beginning

Do your screens rust?

No. Our screens are made from aluminum and do not rust .

Can the screen withstand various climates such as snow, high sun, salt spray or other environmental elements?

Yes. The screens are coated with an automotive grade powder coat finish that is designed for outdoor use and contains a UV protection component.

What happens if I need to make changes to an order?

Please review our Refunds and Shipping Policy for full details.

Our screens are made to order therefore we will only accept changes (with limitations) to an order within 2 days from the date of purchase.

There will be no refunds on custom orders. 

What if I ordered the wrong size screen?

If you contact the shop within 24 hours of purchase we can work with you to get you the proper size screens.
