U.S. Orders-Effective May 2026
Our U.S. Ready Collection listings include shipping, brokerage, import duties, and applicable customs fees in the listed purchase price. No additional customs charges are due upon delivery.
Interested in a design not included in our U.S. Ready Collection? Contact us before ordering. We'll provide a custom quote that includes shipping and all applicable import costs.
Orders over USD $2,500 or freight shipments may require additional information to meet U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requirements.

Shipping charges are calculated as follows:

Each Additional Panel: $15 CAD

First Post: $70 CAD
Each Additional Post: $10 CAD
Standoff Mounting Sets
First Set: $20 CAD
Each Additional Set: $5 CAD
Garden Stakes
First Stake: $30 CAD
Each Additional Stake: $10 CAD
Multi-Panel Sets
No additional shipping charges apply.

Damages During Shipping
We have put a lot of thought and care into the packaging of our product; however, the occasional package is damaged or lost in the shipping process.
- Our shop is not Liable for shipping damages and or lost packages however, we will work with you to help recover loss or damages if they Occur.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
We will process a claim on your behalf with carriers.
- Please take photos of the exterior of the packages paying close attention to the damaged areas.
- Once the package has been opened, take photos of the damages to the product.
