Curious how our company, The Watered Edge, got its name and unique approach to panel design?

It’s part of our Recipe for Panel Perfection. 

To get us started, Owner Steve's artistic eye and experience with fabrication is mixed in with CAD/CNC design programs.

Then we add a generous dose of water as our cutting agent– H2O is one of stars here as we utilize 2 Water Jet machines in our manufacturing process. The machines combine water with a pinch of fine recycled sand to cut panel designs into our rust free aluminium.

But we are not done there, we buff them to perfection, spray paint them with a dash of automotive grade powder coat color, bake the color on in industrial ovens so that the colour cures perfectly to the panels with love.,

Of course we inpect them to ensure they meet our quality standards and we wrap the orders up snuggly and ship them in snazzy packaging right to your doorstep. Pretty simple right?
