First item: $20.00 CDN / $15.00 USD approx.

CUSTOM ORDERS SHIPPING

The cost of shipping for custom items will be included in the quote presented.

US Customs Fees & Process explained:

The shipping cost of the screens from our shop to your home is covered in your Shipping fees.
For US Customers: US Customs and Border (CBP) has their own import fees which are totally independent from our shop, our business or shipping carriers. As we do not process these fees, we are not able to determine exactly how the fees are calculated or bill clients for them.
We have chosen to ship with FedEx as they are the most "client friendly" shipping company. FedEx acts as a broker and covers any US CBP import fees on your behalf in advance of delivery. This expedites the process and keeps from customs delays. FedEx will then bill out any amounts owing to you after delivery.

How much will fee be: Orders under $800.

For our product, the allowable import amount before duties / fees is $800. Therefore orders under $800.00 may not be subject to import fees.

For purchases in excess of $800 and less than $2500

Fees are applied to the product amount based on current USCPB current fee schedule.
Rates and fees are processed by US CBP. FedEx pays for these fees in advance on your behalf and will invoice you after delivery for the fees and services provided.

For orders exceeding $2500.

US CBP may require additional information and identification verification in order for your purchase to be released. Identification required by shipping companies and or CBP may include your SSN or Picture ID as well as confirmation of the product and its use.

Damages During Shipping

We have put a lot of thought and care into the packaging of our product; however, the occasional package is damaged or lost in the shipping process.

  • Our shop is not Liable for shipping damages and or lost packages however, we will work with you to help recover loss or damages if they Occur.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

We will process a claim on your behalf with carriers.

  1. Please take photos of the exterior of the packages paying close attention to the damaged areas.
  2. Once the package has been opened, take photos of the damages to the product.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Can I Cancel My Order?

Answer 1 : If you contact us within 24 Hours of placing your order, we may be able to cancel your order. 

  • If we agree to cancel your order, please be aware that We Will Hold 4% of your purchase value back from the refund for service and processing fees. (4% does not include taxes) 

Answer 2: If you reach out to us after 48 hours from order placement

  • The answer is NO, however we are sure that you will still love your panels when they arrive and will be happy that the order was not cancelled. 

Answer 3: If you have placed a custom order, NO. 

  • Due to the nature of custom orders we do not accept cancellations or refunds on custom orders at any stage. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

We are not liable for damages occurring due to shipping however we will work with our shipping partners on your behalf for damage claims. 

  • If your package is delivered with damages, please take photos of the outside and inside of packages immediately being sure to include photos of the delivery label in your photos. Please do not discard of the packaging material. Contact us directly at the.watered.edge@gmail.com

Exchanges

Answer 1: 99% of the time the answer is NO 

  • Due to the high cost of shipping products our size and the custom packaging, we do not accept exchanges. 

Answer 2: 1% chance that we do accept an exchange 

  • Buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment and goods must be returned in The Watered Edge original packaging
  • Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.

  • If your request for a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
